We will be companions on your journey of self-discovery, starting with where you are in your life, and including your challenges and goals. 

Coaching is a relationship of rapport and trust.  Sessions will be focused on continuing to deepen your understanding of yourself in the pursuit of emotional and spiritual growth.   

Kathleen as Coach:  The purpose of our interaction is to discover your internal challenges and to support you in addressing them.  I will be honest and straightforward, asking questions and providing observations, always with compassion and respect.  You are in charge of your growth and I will follow your lead.

You as Client: This is your time to focus on how you want to make choices, develop your self-understanding, and set goals.  Sometimes you may find it difficult or uncomfortable to focus intently on yourself.  We will manage the process together, in ways that work for you.
