About Aimsigh Coaching

My name is Kathleen O'Brien, and I am a Professional Life Coach and Enneagram Practitioner.  

My story starts as a small child in a large family of nine children, to marriage, children, education, career, divorce, grandchildren, remarriage, and retirement.  That’s a lot of life in one sentence!  Suffice it to say that I have had many challenges in all of these domains, and I bring a wealth of diverse experiences to my practice. 

I am relishing the opportunity to pursue my true vocation of spiritual seeker and adventurer.  My desire is to be of service to others in their own inner discovery, as individuals and as part of the greater whole.

My primary interest is in aiding you in your emotional and spiritual growth within the context of your daily life. Inner exploration is a complex process that can be difficult, yet the rewards are immeasurable.  My coaching model is a compassionate partnership with you.  We'll take the nitty gritty of life, from the mundane to the sublime, and see what it all has to teach us.  

As a retired Engineering Technical Fellow from a large aerospace corporation, I am also comfortable working with issues such as:  work/life balance, workplace bias, professional growth while maintaining personal sovereignty, and finding your power in difficult situations.
