My name is Kathleen O'Brien,  and I am a Life Coach and Certified Enneagram Professional.  

I am passionate about guiding others on their journey of inner discovery, as individuals to uncover their unique potential, and as part of the greater whole.  Pursuing my true vocation as a spiritual seeker and adventurer has been one of the most fulfilling endeavors of my life.

As the youngest of nine children, my life has been a tapestry of diverse experiences, spanning marriage, parenthood, education, career shifts, divorce, grandparenting, remarriage, and retirement. These challenges and milestones have shaped who I am today and provide me with a deep reservoir of understanding and empathy that I bring to my coaching practice.

I believe that every challenge offers an opportunity for growth, and it is my honor to walk alongside others as they navigate their unique paths to self-awareness and fulfillment.

My goal is to support your emotional and spiritual growth within the realities of your daily life. Inner exploration is a profound and often challenging process, but the rewards can be transformative and immeasurable.

With a background as a retired Engineering Technical Fellow from a leading aerospace corporation, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. I am well-equipped to help navigate challenges such as:
